Sleep on your new Somna product for up to 100 nights. If it is not the best rest you have owned, we will arrange a free return and a full refund.
- No Return Shipping Fees: We cover the cost of return postage.
- No Awkward Questions: If you don't love it, you don't keep it.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refunds
Once your returned item is received or the return pickup is verified by our courier partner, we will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Items
Our products are built to last and come backed by a 5-year warranty. If your product arrives damaged or develops a structural defect during normal use within your warranty period, please contact us right away for a free replacement.
